Guarantee and Warranty Policy

1. Overview

1. This Guarantee and Warranty Policy forms part of the overall Terms and Conditions of Zella Skincare and any and all terminology have the same meaning as set out in the Terms and Conditions, unless otherwise stipulated.

2. All Zella Skincare products come with a 30 Day Money Back Guarantee and a 1 year Warranty.

 

2. 30 Day Money Back Guarantee

2.1. If you decide within 30 days of your delivery date that you are not satisfied with the results of the product, you can send it back to us. When you return a product under guarantee, you will be eligible for a full or partial refund or store credit equal to the same value of the product you wish to return on your original order, less shipping cost.

 

2.2.The following criteria’s must be met in order to be eligible for the 30 day money back guarantee:

2.2.1. Product(s) must be under guarantee.

2.2.2. Return must be initiated within 30 days of the original delivery date.

2.2.3. Return shipping and cost thereof is your responsibility.

2.2.4. Shipping costs are not refundable.

2.2.5. Item(s) must be in original packaging, intact and must not be damaged.

2.2.6. Return must be approved by Zella Skincare.

2.2.7. You must be the original buyer of the product(s).

2.2.8. Supporting evidence must be submitted that indicates the product did not deliver results as one would reasonably be entitled to expect.

 

2.3.You can return your product under guarantee by:

2.3.2. Log a return on our website at www.zellaskincare.co.za - log into your account, locate your original order, request a return under guarantee.

 

3. 1 Year Warranty

3.1. Before Zella Skincare send any products out for delivery to our customer, it goes through strict mandatory quality checks and is clearly marked as such.

3.2. All ZellaSkincare products come with a 1 year warranty. This warranty covers you for a maximum of three replacements within 1 year from the date of first delivery. 

3.3. After three replacements have been issued, you will be eligible for a store credit or refund equal to the same value of the product being returned on your original order.

3.4. Should you notice your product not functioning correctly or is somehow broken, you must notify Zella Skincare as soon as possible. 

3.5. At no additional cost to you, we will collect the damaged product from you and have it shipped to us for inspection.

3.6. Once we have received the defective product, inspected the product and validated your return, we will at your choice repair or replace the product as soon as possible (if such repair is possible / we have the product in stock to use as a replacement) or credit your account with the purchase price of the product (or refund you if that is your preference).

3.7. If you nominate for an exchange or repair of your returned defective product to occur, we will ship the new or repaired product back to you at no additional charge.

3.8. This warranty does not cover physical damage from misuse or accidental damage to the product.
